U-PICK FLOWERS
The best bouquet might be the one you make yourself.
Wander. Notice. Cut what catches your eye.
Make it Yours
There is something wonderfully different about walking through a garden and choosing flowers one stem at a time.
Maybe you know exactly what you want. Maybe you don’t.
Either works.
Grab a vessel and snips at the U-Pick station, add some water and follow the laminated guide for direction and instructions on what and how to cut. Then wander.
A little color here. Something tall there. Something weird because you’ve never seen it before.
Eventually, somehow, it becomes a bouquet.

How U-Pick Works
1. GRAB
Choose a cup or bucket and take a pair of snips.
2. ADD WATER
Fill your vessel before heading into the garden.
3. WANDER
Follow the guide on how and what to cut in the designated areas currently open for U-Pick. Please, DO NOT cut roses, lilies or giant sunflower heads. We have branching sunflowers you can cut. The big guys are for the birds. Reach out to Carol if you want roses or lilies at 360-776-9356.
4. CUT
A little here, a little there. Please don't cut big holes in perennial bushes by cutting in just one area. CUT THOUGHTFULLY so there are flowers left for the next person — and plenty for the pollinators. A lot of trust here. Cut like it's your very own garden and leave it as beautiful as you found it.
5. PAY
Pay for what you pick using the instructions at the station. All proceeds go towards labor and materials to keep the farm looking lovely for you.
6. TAKE IT HOME
Return our snips and any farm buckets. Need a vase? Check the Farm Stand. But, the cups are meant to transport your beauty in your car's cup holder. Perfect!

What's Blooming?
That depends entirely on when you come.
Our U-Pick follows the garden rather than a catalog. Different flowers come into bloom throughout the season, and weather has a vote.
We’ll share what’s looking especially good as the season unfolds, but if you have your heart set on one particular flower, remember: the garden makes no promises.

No flowers required. You can just wander.
Follow the Golden Rule
Respect the plants. Stay on the paths. Leave something beautiful behind for the next person.
Children are welcome and should remain with their grown-ups.
Please leave dogs at home. We have three people friendly Frenchies: Lolly, Frankie and Alfie. They are not friendly with other dogs. And, they MUST stay inside the fenced farm as Olga Road is busy.
Follow the guide provided at the U-Pick station. Some flowers and plants on the farm are not available for cutting including roses and lilies.
It’s really not much more complicated than that.
